DANDI Architectural Services was established by a team with more than 30 years of combined experience across the architectural, design and construction sectors. The practice was created in response to a gap we repeatedly encountered in projects: clients were often presented with attractive drawings, but with limited consideration for how those ideas translate into practical construction, realistic budgets, and successful delivery on site.
Our approach combines design thinking with commercial awareness, space planning and buildability. We take time to understand how each space needs to function, alongside the wider objectives of the project—whether that is creating a home, developing residential property, or delivering a commercial or retail environment. Through careful spatial planning and considered design development, we create layouts that are not only visually compelling but also highly functional, efficient and aligned with the way the space will be used day to day.
A core strength of our studio lies in the quality and clarity of our technical drawings. Led by a highly experienced design team, we place strong emphasis on detailing, coordination and accuracy. Well-resolved drawings help reduce uncertainty during construction, allow contractors to price works more accurately, and ultimately support smoother project delivery for clients, developers and contractors alike.
While we operate as an independent architectural studio, we take a holistic, turnkey-minded approach to project delivery. Working alongside a trusted network of construction partners, interior designers and specialist consultants, we help coordinate the full journey of a project—from early feasibility and concept design through to detailed design, procurement and construction support. This joined-up approach provides clients with clarity, continuity and confidence at every stage.
We also recognise that cost certainty is critical for both private clients and commercial developers. As part of our process, we provide desktop cost studies at key stages of design development, helping clients understand how design decisions influence overall project costs and ensuring schemes remain aligned with financial objectives.
